Step 4 of 5 - The owner selected this reservation to
modify. The screenshot below shows all records of the existing reservation that
may be modified by the owner. In this case the owner modifies the number of guests
from 4 to 10. Note changing the number of guests from 4 to 10 results in a higher
rate schedule for this week long reservation. The weekly rate will change from
$1200 to $1500 per week. Since this change increases the total cost, the options
to re-calculate the total cost, re-calculate the reservation deposit, and
re-calculate the balance due at check-in are also selected. When finished with
modifications, the owner clicks the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of
the page. Updated notifications and invoices are emailed to the guest and property
owner. |
