None of the information contained in any VacationWagon.com web page is confirmed or warranted by any party. Confirmation of information published herein is the sole responsibility of the renting party. Qualification of all renters is the sole responsibility of the property owner or agent.

If the operators of VacationWagon.com are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to, service outages, war, acts of God, and/or negligence, neither VacationWagon.com or it's owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the client for the services which were not provided. VacationWagon.com does not guarantee that the VacationWagon.com web site will be available 100% of the time.

VacationWagon.com offers a 20-day 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied with our services. Beyond the 20-day guarantee period VacationWagon.com is unable to offer a refund on canceled services.

If you wish to remove your property from the market, we can inactivate the real-time availability calendar (reservation system) and reactivate it at a future date. Your VacationWagon.com listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the annual renewal date is not extended during the time that the property is off the market).

If you sell your property, you can transfer your VacationWagon.com listing to a new owner for a one time $75 listing transfer fee. No refund of the annual listing fee will be given, however, existing and new members are encouraged to come to a fair division of fees amongst themselves.

VacationWagon.com does not participate in or tolerate the sending of unsolicited commercial email (SPAM), and VacationWagon.com reserves the right to cancel, without refund, any member that mentions VacationWagon.com or any of it's associated websites, URLs, or any associated VacationWagon.com email address in any SPAM e-mail message or posting. VacationWagon.com is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM.

It is the goal of VacationWagon.com to reduce the volume of SPAM delivered via the Rental Information Inquiry form. To that end, inquiries may be monitored and filtered by VactionWagon.com prior to delivery to VacationWagon.com members. Inquiries may be read by VacationWagon.com staff members. Despite VacationWagon.com filtering efforts, it is likely that some SPAM inquiries will be delivered regardless. It is also likely that some non-SPAM inquiries may not be delivered as a result of VacationWagon.com filtering efforts.

Rental inquires are delivered via Internet email and are not to be considered private. Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable and VacationWagon.com cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries. VacationWagon.com, at its own discretion, may supply to potential renters the direct e-mail address of VacationWagon.com advertisers for the purpose of making a rental inquiry.

VacationWagon.com reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the VacationWagon.com web site, it becomes the property of VacationWagon.com and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the VacationWagon.com web site without written permission.

Advertisers are expected to follow the Acceptable Content Policies. Ads which do not adhere to these policies are subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of VacationWagon.com.
